F.A.S.T. meetings are designed to encourage each other, pray for each other, and most importantly build each other up in the word of God.
At each meeting, women of all ages gather to connect, catch up, and study God's word.
God's word and the glorification of Jesus is the main reason F.A.S.T. happens.
