Pastor Mark and his wife, Diane, moved from Colorado to Waco in 2015 to serve at Alliance Bible Church. After several years serving as a chaplain in the Unites States Air Force Reserve, Mark retired and has since pastored at churches in Kansas and Missouri. He holds degrees from Northwest Missouri State University, Grace Theological Seminary and Toccoa Falls College. He and Diane enjoy home remodeling projects and traveling the U.S. and overseas to visit their two grown children and their families.

Pastor Joe began serving as one of the pastors at Alliance Bible Church in 2022.  Before going into ministry, he taught courses in Latin, Classics, Great Texts, and Medical Humanities at Baylor for eleven years.  Because the Scriptures point to Jesus Christ as the source of life itself, Pastor Joe has a passion for teaching God’s Word — for reading it carefully, reflecting upon it deeply, and applying it wisely.  He is married to Meghan, who is a professor in the Classics Department at Baylor.  They are foster parents and have one daughter.  He holds degrees from Boston University and from Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary.  

Pastor Scott joined ABC’s staff in 2009.  He was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. Growing up in a relaxed coastal culture where surfing and fishing were the norm, he still loves to do both to this day. He and his wife have three children. Scott works primarily with Families, Youth, and College. His main area of focus is teaching and discipleship, as well as all things related to Student Ministry. He has been in pastoral ministry since 2003. Scott holds degrees from Tarleton State University, Alliance Theological Seminary, and Crown College. ​
