    AFTER COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION, PLEASE CLICK THE ALLIANCE LOGO AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ALLIANCE YOUTH PAGE TO REGISTER MORE STUDENTS.
    Winter Retreat information.
    • Cost $60 per person
    • Retreat starts at 5 pm on January 3, 2025
    • Arrive at retreat between 4pm - 5 pm. ​
    • Retreat ends on Sunday, January 5th at 10 am.
    • Retreat is located at Mount Calm Christian Retreat  - Address is: 250 CR 3258 Mt. Calm, TX 76673
    WHAT TO BRING TO WINTER RETREAT
    • Sleeping bag and/or blanket, and pillow(s) 
    • Toiletries: soap, shampoo, toothbrush, floss, toothpaste etc.
    • Bible and notepad  
    • Outdoor clothing and shoes
    • Trash bags to put dirty clothes into

    Winter Retreat Registration

    Medical Release

    EVENTS of Winter Retreat:
    Outdoor activities available at camp: fishing, hiking, running, slip-n-slide, flag football, soccer, ping pong, fire side chilling.
    All activities are accompanied by adult chaperons.
    - We, the parent(s)/guardian(s), and/or Adult Chaperons attending camp, give permission for the above named individual to participate in all activities of the this event organized by the Alliance Bible Church of Waco, Texas on January 3-5, 2025.
    - We have been advised of the nature and extent of the activities as per the above "Outdoor activities" statement.
    ​- We represent to you that the participant is physically and mentally able to participate at this event.
    - We understand that this event does presume risks and we and the participant assume the risk of any such injury or death and hold you, your agents, retreat staff, volunteers and chaperons harmless from any liability.
    - We also hold you, your agents, employees, and the representatives harmless from all liability to any other person or entity arising as a result of the conduct of the participant at Winter Retreat.
    If we are not personally present at Winter Retreat, or able to be contacted, so as to be consulted in the case of necessity, you are authorized to arrange for such medical treatment as you deem advisable for the health and well-being of the participant.
