Pastor Joe DiLuzio

Pastor Joe began serving as one of the pastors at Alliance Bible Church in 2022.  Before going into ministry, he taught courses in Latin, Classics, Great Texts, and Medical Humanities at Baylor for eleven years.  Because the Scriptures point to Jesus Christ as the source of life itself, Pastor Joe has a passion for teaching God’s Word — for reading it carefully, reflecting upon it deeply, and applying it wisely.  He is married to Meghan, who is a professor in the Classics Department at Baylor.  They are foster parents and have one daughter.  He holds degrees from Boston University and from Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary.  He is a fellow of the Center for Pastor Theologians.

Robert Dietrich, Pastoral Intern

Robert began serving as an Intern Pastor in 2026. He has been involved in various forms of ministry since 2006, serving in churches across California, Texas, and Arkansas. Bi-vocational by nature, Robert works as a safety specialist by trade while faithfully investing in the life of the church. He has a deep desire to see the church be known for its love for one another and its commitment to serving others well.
Robert is married to his wife, Sacha, who is a homeschool mom and an accountant. Together, they have four children.

Nicholas Moon, Associate Pastor of Next Gen Ministry

From San Diego, California, Nick joined the team at Alliance Bible Church Waco in 2025. Nick has been serving in ministry since 2006, graduated from San Diego Christian College with a degree in Biblical Exegesis and World Philosophy, was ordained in 2017, and absolutely loves youth ministry! You can find him leading the youth group on Wednesday nights, assisting with the Young Adults Bible Study, and teaming up with the Kid's Ministry on Sunday mornings.
His wife, Mallory, is a licensed psychologist with experience in trauma recovery therapy. Together, Nick and Mal have two children, Stella and Silas.
