PAYMENT:

There are three payment options:
1. Pay Online: Follow THIS link.
2. Pay via mail. Write a check to Alliance Bible Church (note Kids' Camp in the memo of your check). Send to 7201 Country Club Dr., Waco, TX 76710
3. Pay in person via cash or check. 

Camper Ages: Camp is for children going into 2nd grade through the age of those going into the 8th grade

    Statement of Medical Release

    We, the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s) of the above named participant give permission for him/her to participate in all activities of the Kids’ Adventure Camp organized by the Alliance Bible Church of Waco, Texas on July 17-21, 2023. 

    We have been advised of the nature and extent of the activities that may take place and represent to you that the participant is physically and mentally able to participate in those activities.

    We understand that the activity does presume risks and we and the participant assume the risk of any such injury or death and hold you, your agents, and employees harmless from any liability.

    We also hold you, your agents, employees, and the representatives harmless from all liability to any other person or entity arising as a result of the conduct of the participant in this activity.

    ​If we are not personally present at these activities in which the participant is to participate, so as to be consulted in the case of necessity, you are authorized to arrange for such medical treatment as you deem advisable for the health and well-being of the participant

    Photo Release 

    Our desire is for your child to have a great time at camp and for them to be safe as well. We want to protect the privacy of all campers and their families. Having said that, photos of the camp experience are a great way to remember all the excitement that takes place and treasure all the memories made. In order for Alliance Bible Church and the camp staff to take any photos of your child(ren) we need the consent of the parent/guardian. To be clear, all photos taken are used by Alliance Bible Church and the Camp staff for promotional info, camp videos and on social media. They will not be distributed without the signed consent of the parent. 

    Cell Phone Policy:

    There are no cellphones allowed at Kids Camp. If you need to contact your child while at camp you can contact the Camp Director, Pastor Scott Robbins on his personal number or the chaperon from your sending church. The Camp Director's number will be provided directly to the parents at camp check or to the chaperon of your sending church. The Camp Director will have his phone on him at all times. If you feel you are not able to comply with this policy please give detailed reasons below as to why and we will see what we can do to work with you.
